Enquiry information
When you submit an enquiry, Malawi Diaspora Home Development Projects stores your contact details and project information to respond, arrange a consultation and prepare a project proposal. Do not submit identity documents, land deeds or sensitive financial records through this form.
Client projects
After consultation, your coordinator creates your client profile and project account. Your number and password open your own project details and timeline. Authorised administrators manage enquiries and projects; other clients cannot view your information. Passwords are protected by our sign-in service and are not kept as readable text.
Your choices
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw enquiry consent, contact admin@malawidiasporahdp.co.za. Contractual and legal recordkeeping obligations may affect deletion requests.
Service and security
We use Lovable Cloud to provide secure sign-in and storage. Keep your project credentials private. If you lose your password, contact your coordinator for a reset. The company’s detailed retention schedule and legal privacy policy should be confirmed before public launch.
